Reserving a Main Deck (150 m) Group Tour
- Please contact us if you wish to make a group tour reservation, including for tours held prior to normal business hours.
- Payments for reserved group tours are processed at Operations Center's Group Tour Counter on the first-floor of the Foot Town.
- For group tours (up through high school level), teachers and school nurses may enter for free, but other persons accompanying the tour (such as photographers) must pay admission.
- Separate discounts are available for school-hosted field trips (group visits). For further details, refer to Information on School Field Trip (School-hosted Visit) Discount Tickets .
- If you wish to make a preliminary visit in preparation for a group tour, you must contact us in advance using the contact information listed below. We cannot accommodate such preliminary visits unless we are contacted prior to the visit.
- Credit card payment is not accepted for group tours. We apologize for the inconvenience.
- Parking is free for tour buses that transport Tokyo Tower observatory visitors (during participants' observatory visit).
* As a precondition, group visit organizers must pay the full amount of the group tour fees at the Operations Center's Group Tour Counter.
* Depending on parking lot occupancy on the day of the visit, it may not be possible to accommodate tour vehicles during your tour. In this case, we ask that tour vehicles enter the parking lot temporarily to drop off their customers, move to another parking location, and then return to pick up customers near the tour's end time.
- Upon completing the reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address provided.
Regarding reservations for the basement-level resting area, we will respond after checking facility availability on the requested date. If you do not hear from us within three days, please contact us at the below. - Online group tour reservations must be made at least one month prior to the planned visit date.

Discounts for Persons with Disabilities
When purchasing your observatory ticket, make sure to present your documentation (physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, medical rehabilitation handbook [Ai no Techou, Midori no Techou, etc.], atomic bomb survivor’s certificate, or specific medical expense [designated intractable disease] recipient certificate). Make sure to bring the original document, as copies will not be accepted. The following discounts are available to the certificate/handbook holder and up to one accompanying caregiver/helper for each certificate/handbook presented.

* If you are unable to ensure that all group tour members bring their certificates/handbooks, please fill out the Observatory Tour Admission Discount Application, stamp it with your personal seal, and submit the form at the Operations Center's Group Tour Counter on the day of your visit. - Caregivers, nurses and other persons accompanying persons with disabilities may be admitted at half the normal price in a number equal to the number of persons being accompanied, but any additional accompanying person must pay normal admission fees.
