Admission and business hours

The observation decks are open from 9:00 to 22:30.
Final admission for the Main Deck is 22:00, and the final Top Deck Tour of the day is from 21:30 to 21:45.

Tokyo Tower is open from 9:00 to 22:30.

The Main Deck is open from 9:00. Last admission is 22:00.
The first Top Deck Tour of the day is from 9:00 to 9:15. The final tour of the day is from 21:30 to 21:45.

No. However, the Main Deck is open until 22:30, and the Top Deck is open until 22:15.

No. You may remain on the Main Deck until it closes at 22:30.

You will need to use the stairs at some point. We recommend leaving your carriage at the Operation Center on the first floor of Foot Town.

Make sure you have your ticket or QR code, and then go to the elevator area on the first floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.
If you prefer to use the outdoor stairs, take the indoor elevator, escalator, or stairs inside Foot Town, to the "Outdoor Stairs to Main Deck Entrance" on the roof.

Each person will need his or her ticket or QR code.
Make sure to either print your ticket or save a screenshot, and bring it with you.
You can get your QR code by checking your ticket purchase confirmation e-mail, or by checking the My Top Deck Tour Tickets screen.

It is located on the roof of Foot Town.
Take the indoor elevator, escalator, or stairs inside Foot Town, to the roof.

Basic information

It is located on the first floor of Foot Town.

Smoking is prohibited in the Tokyo Tower observation decks. (This also includes the observatory café, "Café La Tour").
You may smoke in the following areas:
・Outdoor smoking areas (next to the south parking area)
・Smoking booth in Mother Farm Café, located on the third floor of Foot Town

Tripods are not allowed on the Top Deck.
However, they are allowed on the Main Deck and in Foot Town.

Pets are strictly prohibited. However, service dogs (guide dogs, assistance dogs, and hearing dogs) are allowed.

You may not reenter after leaving.

Tickets

Tickets are sold online, and at the Ticket Counter on the first floor of Foot Town.

We do not accept reservations by phone.

Yes. When purchasing your observatory ticket, make sure to present your documentation (physical disability certificate, mental disability certificate, medical rehabilitation handbook [Ai no Techou, Midori no Techou, etc.], atomic bomb survivor’s certificate, or specific medical expense [designated intractable disease] recipient certificate). Make sure to bring the original document, as copies will not be accepted.
We can provide one discount per document, for both the individual who owns the document and that individual's caregiver.

(we accept VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club).
You may purchase by cash at the Ticket Counter on the first floor of Tokyo Tower Foot Town.

Confirm that your e-mail address was entered correctly, and that you are not blocking e-mails from us.
If you have enabled e-mail filtering with your provider or mobile carrier, check your junk email and deleted items folders.
* Purchase confirmation e-mails are automatically sent, and cannot be resent.
* To confirm a purchase, take note of your "purchase number" and check the My Tickets page.

If using a debit card or certain other cards, you may be charged immediately after entering your card information, once the "Confirm Purchase" screen is displayed.
If your purchase is not completed, we will refund the entire amount.
However, the actual refund date will vary depending on the card company or issuing bank. Check with the card company or issuing bank for details.
