Caricature Corner

Tokyo Tower has a long history with caricatures, with a caricature competition first held at the grand observation deck (now the main deck) in 1961, only three years after Tokyo Tower opened. In 1966, a caricature corner was opened as a regular feature of the Tower Building (now Foot Town). The caricature corner moved to several locations in the observation decks and Tower Building, with each new location inheriting the caricature traditions, and now Tokyo Tower is known as the Mecca of caricatures.
We are proud to announce the return of legendary caricature artists Team Towers!
