Pink Dot is a handmade fresh pasta store that offers chewy noodles. Fresh pasta is made at the store from Italian durum semolina and the finest sea salt in Japan, sourced from Aguni Island in Okinawa.
Various kinds of pasta are available with a focus on natural cheese. Parmigiano Reggiano certified with Italian DOP and aged for 24 months is sprinkled on dishes in front of your eyes. Special earthernware pots with excellent heat retention ensure that the food is kept piping hot.
The most popular dish is Melting Seven Kinds of Cheese Carbonara, which enables you to enjoy the rich savory taste of various kinds of cheese. Also try the “croffle bowl” dessert featuring a crunchy croffle topped with ice cream and sauce.
